Lee Jefcott

Lee works with both businesses and individuals dealing with the full range of employment law issues.

He recognises that the burden of red tape and legislative requirements is an increasing concern of business. He provides practical assistance to businesses in keeping up to date and recognising issues that may escalate.

He aims to resolve issues and disputes, however where this is not possible, he represents both employers and employees in employment tribunal proceedings.

Lee is retained as a lecturer by BPP Professional Education and regularly speaks on employment law matters.

Lee is the co-founder of Blue Sky Law¹, specialising in the provision of employment law advice to both individuals and employers, and is able to provide JCS clients with advice and assistance via this company.
