Karen Tems

Karen is a learning and development professional with extensive experience in a variety of commercial and public-sector environments. Working with people from the shop floor through to director level, she has helped organisations create success through stimulating, relevant and results oriented interventions.

Karen has worked with businesses to support change, organisational development and individual growth. She has supported senior HR team members through significant change programmes, aided the establishment of an effective internal training department. She has also mentored and developed in-house training teams.

As a trainer, Karen has designed and delivered a comprehensive range of interventions on topics in management development, communication and interpersonal skills. Karen's delivery style is challenging, participative and highly inclusive with a real sense of enjoyment.

Karen is a fully qualified INLPTA Certified Coach Practitioner, and has facilitated the personal and professional development of individual senior managers and executives.
