Small Business Package

In recent years we have seen an increasing number of organisations looking for regular HR support to assist them in moving their business forward or to deal with difficult issues. A significant number of these organisations employed less than 50 staff and therefore did not need – and could not justify - full-time in-house HR staff.
In response to this demand we have designed a support package specifically for organisations with up to 50 employees, who want or need, regular HR advice but are unclear about the amount and timing of the support they need.
The following package is available to organisations who sign up to the service for a minimum twelve month period:
- Monthly fee: £100 – which includes the first hour of HR support each month. You have complete flexibility in how you want to make use of this time – current examples include:
- i) A monthly meeting to identify issues or topics for action
- ii) A regular package of work – e.g. management of absence records, issue of employment documentation
- iii) Ad hoc use to deal with matters as and when they arise
- A significant reduction (33%) on our normal rates for any additional hours worked
- Guaranteed availability when required
- Access to specialist expertise if required e.g. Occupational Health, Employment Law, Learning & Development*
This package offers major savings for organisations who believe that they require more than 2 hours support per month, and you retain complete control over how or how little you use the service.
