Managing Director of JCS HR Consulting Julie Sykes established the company in 2002 after a successful HR career in both the public and private sectors.

Julie’s particular expertise is in the field of employee relations and in providing HR support to major business change such as restructuring, merger, divestment or expansion. She uses her extensive experience of handling major change programmes to ensure that businesses are able to exit from such situations in a strong position with respect to their workforce.

This involves not only supporting organisations to make sure that all relevant legislation is complied with, but more importantly, ensuring that their employee relations are managed proactively before, during and after any change programme.

Qualified to MBA level, Julie is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development and is a Level B psychometric testing practitioner.
