Back to School for JCS With New Contract

JCS HR has been successful in securing a 4 year contract as a preferred supplier of HR services to schools in Barnsley, on behalf of Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council.

Despite a large number of submissions, only four companies were awarded preferred supplier status, so this is a great achievement for a relatively small business.

Director of JCS, Julie Sykes, said: “Although the other chosen companies are all larger than JCS, I believe that one of the reasons we were selected is because we can fulfil a particular niche with our highly flexible service.

We have a proven and low risk model that uses only specially selected, highly experienced associates with a ‘right first time’ philosophy to ensure accuracy and a speedy resolution.”

JCS also has invaluable experience in both the public and private sectors, giving schools the benefit of an independent external perspective, but with full and sound knowledge of public sector challenges and constraints.
